As a Product Designer, she has worked as a Local Counterpart Program Designer for the Product Development and Design Center of the Philippines (PDDCP). In 2003, she assumed the position of Regional Senior Designer with the advocate for Philippine Trade Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to product development and design consultancy with small-scale and starting manufacturers. Simultaneously, Teodoro-Sambile explored the academic horizon as an elementary teacher at the Brickwood School of Cavite, teaching Mathematics and Arts in 2004. In 2008, she passed the Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers and returned to Design Center Philippines (formerly PDDCP) as an in-house Junior Designer. During her service at Design Center Philippines, she conducted Trends Seminar-Workshop and design consultations for micro and small-scale manufacturers. In 2010, she resumed teaching in Industrial Design Program at the Philippine Women鈥檚 University and Mapua Institute of Technology. She is also working聽for DesignDen as a Senior Designer that mainly collaborates with the Department of Agrarian Reform ARBO to assist local manufacturers through a design coaching session.
